How do I place an order if I didn’t order on picture day?
1. Find your athlete in the gallery, select "buy photo" or the "gift bag" icon in the corner of the image.
2. Find the folder titled "Packages" for discounted bundles, or "A La Carte Items" for individual prints ---> Click "Select Item/Package" on desired product to add to cart. -
What if I already paid on picture day—do I need to do anything?
Nope! If you already placed an order on picture day, your order is already being processed. -
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
There is a $25 minimum for each order. -
Can multiple family members order separately?
Yes. -
Can I place more than one order?
Yes.
Packages & Products

Can I mix and match products from different packages?
You can purchase multiple packages, or add-on a la carte items to any package you choose. -
Are digital images included in packages?
Digital images can be found in the "digitals" folder in the shopping cart. -
Can I purchase individual prints without a package?
You absolutely can. Items within each package are discounted (the larger the package, the larger the discount), so packages are the best value, however are not required. -
What add-ons are available?
Anything from prints, posters and banners, to mugs, buttons and statuettes. Contact the studio if you are not finding what you're looking for. Custom products are available upon request. -
Do add-ons require selecting a specific photo?
Yes. Please select the exact photo that you would like on any a la carte product. - How do I select the team photo that I want included in my package?
After clicking on "select your package", an item bar will appear listing each package item with a "+" sign in a box underneath. Click the "+" sign under each item that you want the selected image to apply to.
Once the solo image has been applied, you can either click the "back arrow" at the top left corner of the screen, or scroll through the remaining images and select your desired team photo. With the team photo is selected, click the "+" sign under the team photo or memory mate item to apply it to that item.
Then click "add to cart". (see screenshots below)

Is the team photo included in my package?
The Starter and Athlete Packages include team photos.
All-Star and MVP include memory mates.
Rookie does not include a team photo but one could be added through the a la carte items. -
My athlete is on multiple teams—how do I choose which team photo I receive?
(See "How do I select the team photo that I want included in my package?" under "Packages and Products" listed above.) -
What if I forget to note which team photo I want?
The shopping cart will not allow you to add a package to your shopping cart without applying a photo to each item. If you add a solo image to the team photo, we will contact you to verify before printing. -
Can I order more than one team photo?
You can order more than one team photo through the "A La Carte Items".
Image Selection & Editing

Will the watermark appear on my printed photos?
The large watermark will not appear on any purchased images. Composited images will sometimes include a discrete watermark in the corner. -
Will the watermark appear on digital images?
Social media files will include a small watermark to the side of the athlete. Full resolution files will follow the same rule as with printed photos (described above). -
Are the photos retouched or edited?
Basic, stylistic editing is applied to each image with very minimal to no retouching. -
Can I request additional retouching?
Retouching can be added to your order for $8, found under "A La Carte Items" (Retouching only needs to be added once per athlete).
Changes, Cancellations & Deadlines

Can I change my order after submitting it?
You can change an order within 24 hours of purchasing. Contact Nichole Diehm Photography with any change requests. After 24 hours, all sales are final. -
What happens if I miss the 24-hour window?
You can still contact the studio to see where we are in the production process, and if we can still make changes, we will - however we only guarantee the ability to make changes for 24 hours from time of purchase. -
Are refunds available?
All sales are final. -
What if I accidentally order the wrong item?
Contact Nichole Diehm Photography to assist you. -
What if I ordered duplicates by mistake?
If you notice prior to the 24 hour window, let us know and we can correct it. Outside of the 24 hour window, you will have extra photos to give your friends. :P

Is sales tax included?
Yes. -
Will I receive a receipt or order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation email.
Printing & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. -
How will my order be delivered?
You select delivery or pickup at checkout. Any digital media will be delivered via email.
